Key holding services
In the case of you or a Guest losing or misplacing the key to your property we can provide a Replacement Key Service, and we will also hold a key to your property in the unlikely case of an emergency. - All keys are locked away safely and signed in and out.

Property Checks
During your absence, we recommend that your property has at least a monthly check, plus extra checks during the winter and after severe weather to give you peace of mind when you are not around.

There will always be times when your property may be empty for longer periods. - We offer a wide range of all-year round property checks, ranging from checking just the house, to including pools and all boundary fences etc.

Emergency Call-out
We can be contacted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for whatever reason, by yourselves or your guests.

Post / Bills
Throughout the year any mail can be collected and forwarded together with meter readings etc.
