Changeovers
'Your property is our livelyhood - and your values
are our values'. We therefore strive to ensure that nothing
detracts from your guest’s enjoyment of their holiday.
We will be responsible for the cleaning of your property
to the highest standard between rentals and ensuring that everything
is in order for incoming guests.
Meeting
and Greeting your guests and being on-hand to answer any
questions they may have, is all part of the service.
Any problems - such as blown light bulbs will be
dealt with promptly.
We will issue a full cleaning checklist for your
property to include:
• Clean kitchen, bathrooms,
bedrooms, toilets, floors, surfaces.
• Check all Electrical
items
• Clean fridge
• Remove any provisions
• Ensure terrace
and outside furniture is clean
• Clean Hob and
oven trays
• Replenish supplies
of toilet rolls, soaps, cleaning materials
Change, wash, dry and iron bedding (quilt cover,
sheets, pillow-slips) and bath towels etc.
Welcome Packs
We can provide a Welcome Pack to your requirements
at the time of the changeover. - Packs normally include basic essentials
to cover the first night.
For those clients who also like to provide
fresh flowers or fresh fruit as a special touch for their guests,
we can easily arrange this.
We supply a report by email after every changeover
including photographs (where applicable).
